Job Description

- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships (mainly building B2B sales channels: agent customers, clinic facilities, medical equipment distributors, hospitals, nursing homes...)

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Work closely with internal team to make sales plans, promotion plans, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales budgets.

- Manage, build and develop the distribution system, operate the sales process.

- Recognize emerging markets and market shifts while staying up to date on new products and competition.

- Coach and monitor sales representatives

- Analyze business industry trends, assist in the development of products that are responsive to market demands

- Regularly report to CEO to update sales team status


Job Requirements

- Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position

- Experience in the medical device industry or related industries is an advantage

- Proficient in Microsoft Office – strengths in Excel and PowerPoint are a must!

- Strong management and planning skills

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Available to travel for work when required

- Education: Graduated from University/College or above.

- Good command of spoken and written English

- Qualification: Knowledge of the medical equipment industry

- Requirements: ages from 30 to 40
